Van Gogh had a close relationship with the landscape of Brabant and this is reflected in his letters and work. Inspired by the daring and imaginative powers of Vincent Van Gogh, a movement has arisen in Brabant which is dedicated to the sustainable development of the greenery of his native region: Van Gogh National Park in formation.

Van Gogh NP is the collaboration between more than 50 partners in Brabant who are committed to a more beautiful landscape with beautiful nature and valuable heritage. Together they work on greenery that extends to the heart of cities and villages and a vital farmland with sustainable tourism, in the middle of an economically powerful region.

Joint ambition

Municipalities, the province of North Brabant, water boards, agriculture, nature organizations, tourism, recreation and business: they have laid down their vision and the corresponding lines of development in the Van Gogh NP Master Plan. As a proud partner, Van Gogh Sites Foundation is closely involved in this initiative.
